DAQIN’s warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship for the following products:
- DAQIN 3D Sublimation Printer
- DAQIN Screen Protector Cutting Machine
- Other DAQIN Equipment and Accessories
The warranty does not cover the following situations:
- Damage caused by human factors (e.g., dropping, collision, water damage, improper operation)
- Unauthorized disassembly or repairs
- Normal wear and tear or consumables (e.g., print heads, ink cartridges, heating films)
- Damage caused by improper use or external factors (e.g., unstable voltage, natural disasters)
2. Warranty Period
- Main devices: 1-year limited warranty (from the date of purchase)
- Key components (e.g., motors, motherboard): 6-month warranty
- Accessories and consumables: No warranty, but after-sales support is available
3. Warranty Services
If a product fails within the warranty period, we offer the following solutions:
- Remote technical support (via phone, email, or video guidance)
- Free repair or replacement of defective parts (shipping costs to be covered by the customer)
- Replacement of the entire device (only for major quality issues, subject to approval)
4. Warranty Claim Process
If you encounter an issue covered by the warranty, please follow these steps:
- Contact DAQIN customer service (provide your order number, product model, issue description, and relevant images/videos).
- Our technical team will assess the issue (to determine if it qualifies for warranty service).
- We will provide a solution (such as remote guidance, part replacement, or repair).
- Return for repair (if required, the customer covers one-way shipping, DAQIN covers return shipping after repair).
